A major fire broke out at the old Adventureland in Halmstad on Sunday evening, with the situation eventually brought under control early Monday.

The fire, which started in a restaurant area, quickly spread to between eight and ten buildings, prompting the issuance of a VMA (Important Public Announcement) urging local residents to stay indoors.

Despite the dramatic scenes, including explosions and a significant smoke plume, there were no known injuries.

The cause of the fire remains unclear, with police initiating an investigation into suspected arson.
